Senior Claim Handler

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Claims Examiner to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our organizational culture, achieving strategic objectives, and enhancing operational performance.

• Manage an inventory of first party referrals in multiple lines of business
• Collaborate with and direct subrogation counsel
• Formulate litigation and recovery strategies with counsel
• Assist the Salvage Manager with the salvage database
• Ensure timely and accurate review and payment of invoices and deductibles
• Manage T360 tasking and support day-to-day processes
• Collaborate with internal and external partners
• Work on assigned projects within specified time constraints
• Conduct quality audits and inventory reconciliation projects
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Investigate incidents to determine root causes and negotiate claim resolutions
• Conduct a minimum of 30 Intercompany Arbitration cases per month

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in business operations, project management, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage change and adapt to evolving business needs
• Experience in subrogation, salvage, and arbitration forums is a plus
• Prior experience in handling mediations to successful conclusions
• Exceptional organizational skills are required
